PORTLAND, Ore. – A number of George Fox University baseball players compete in collegiate wood-bat leagues each summer, but few have put together seasons that can match that of Bruins’ first baseman Derek Dixon, who recently captured the batting “triple crown” for the Portland Bucks of the West Coast League-Portland.

George Fox’s Bruin Baseball Boys Only Summer Skills Camp Scheduled for June 19-21
NEWBERG, Ore. – All boys ages 9 to 18 looking to improve their baseball abilities this summer are invited to George Fox University’s annual Bruin Baseball Boys Only Skills Camp, which is set for Tuesday-Thursday, June 19-21, from 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Morse Field, the on-campus home of the Bruins’ nationally-recognized NCAA Division III program.
